About Charlotte Aspin
Charlotte is an associate in our global transactions practice in London and specialises in environmental law.
She advises clients on the full range of environmental issues, with experience advising on the increasing regulatory obligations and legal risks concerning sustainability matters.
Charlotte advises clients in relation to ESG risk and strategy, and corporate governance and reporting arrangements. She has assisted clients in navigating environmental and ESG regulatory regimes and contributing to the development of such regimes.
Charlotte has experience on a wide scope of infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects, road, rail and port projects. She has advised clients in relation to emission trading schemes and carbon projects.
She also provides environment and planning support on corporate and real estate transactions across a range of sectors.
