- Advising one of the sponsors in its corporate re-organisation in relation to the Nghi Son Refinery Project in Vietnam
- Advised the Asian Development Bank on its financing to a bank in Vietnam
- Advising the sponsor in its acquisition of interests in a gas field in the Philippines, and related senior and mezzaine financing of the acquisition
- Advising the sponsor in its project development arrangements for the new Phnom Penh international airport
- Advising the sponsor in its financing arrangements for a waste to energy plant in Singapore
- Advising the sponsor in its ongoing restructuring in relation to a 75MW waste to energy plant in Vietnam
- Advised Equis Energy in the financing of a 60MW wind farm in Jeneponto, Indonesia (Named Finance Deal of the Year: Projects, The Asian Lawyer Asia Legal Awards, 2019)
- Advised the Indonesian sponsor on the financing arrangements for the Jakarta-Bandung high speed railway (Named Project Finance Deal of the Year, ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2018)
